SHRIMP ARRIVE SICK OR DOA?
If you do have an unfortunate experience & the shrimp arrive sick or dead, follow these steps.
SUBMIT YOUR CLAIM BY EMAIL
YOU WILL NEED TO DO THESE STEPS IN ORDER TO SUBMIT YOUR CLAIM FOR DOAS OR ANY MISSING ITEMS.
- Once the shipment has been delivered, buyer has one hour to submit 3 clear pictures of unopened bag next to shipping label.
- Do not discard DOA livestock until photos are received and confirmed. Opening the bag will void all guarantees.
- Livestock claims are void if the customer misses the first delivery attempt.
- Email order@goneshrimping.com with your order number in the title and the pictures of DOA shrimp.
RECEIVE YOUR CLAIM
Full refund for the cost of the item through payment method used for the order – this does NOT include any shipping costs.
